At Napoles FC, football is more than a game—it is a passion that brings people together and a purpose that drives us forward. Rooted in the heart of Belmopan, we are committed to competing with determination, developing local talent, and inspiring the next generation of footballers. With pride in our community and ambition on the pitch, we strive to build a lasting legacy for Belmopan and Belize through excellence, teamwork, discipline, and an unwavering love for the beautiful game.Every four (4) years the PLB Congress Members elect an executive committee, which comprises of a president, vice president and three (3) executive members (of which one shall be a female member). The President primary responsibility is to effectively administrate the affairs of the league and implement the decisions passed by congress and the executive committee through the secretariat. The league has a full-time secretariat which is managed by a general secretary, who is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league, for implementing decisions passed by congress and the executive committee, and to ensure that there is a monitoring and evaluation system in place to access the effectiveness of decision and policies implemented.
